Can't get enough, the flavor is excellent! You won't regret buying this over the cheaper parmesan, trust me. I've bought this cheese a dozen times already for myself, and it's good with meals or on it's own. The best part is that it's Wisconsin made, it makes me very happy to know that I'm supporting local businesses with my purchase.

this can not be used as a substitute for Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. does not incorporate into pasta. instead clumps and sticks to pan and utensils.

I ask to sign my order so that I know my grocery arrived. I asked to knock at my door 
and they didn't be not. I am wheelchair bound and they put the grocery right infront of my door which made it difficult for me to open and get my grocery. I'm very disappointed.

Train your drivers properly.

I just cannot fathom why the cheese that I ordered in February 2023 is still on the shelf after being labeled as expired in December 2023.
