So everything was shipped to us and was packed extremely well. There were no missing parts but initially I was confused because the "h" screws were already on the product with the knobs inside out. 
The directions are very clear except it doesn't say anything about twisting and pushing the lights into the holes. Also, attaching the mirror to the desk, there are no premade holes for the screws and so it split the wood to add in the screws to attach everything. It feels somewhat unstable there the way it is attached but everything else was a breeze. Me and my daughter put it together fairly quickly and we didn't need anyone with brute strength to help. The lights are very bright and she does show make up for ballets so we were happy with that. The mirror is a little bit cheaper quality but still good. Her favorite part of the bench. It has a very pretty floral top and is quite sturdy but I don't think I would have anyone over 150
Lbs using it. Overall, we both really like it and she is thrilled with the draws which are deep enough to hold all her things.

Worth it!

This vanity is absolutely gorgeous. I just purchased a new home and my master bedroom has an en suite and room for a vanity (finally) no more sitting on the floor in front of a mirror to put makeup on, told old for that! I would recommend this vanity to anyone both young and older ladies. It works well and has lots of compartments to put things. I lined the drawers with a cut up placemat as it protects the wood from getting stained by your makeup. Also I put an additional placemat on top (use a color you like) I used blue to match my decor. I got this on sale and paid extra through Walmart’s handyman service to put it together for me and I’m so glad I did. This vanity will make me happy for years to come. *Also can be used as a writing desk for notes, cards etc. Not sure if there would be enough room for books and homework.

Beautiful vanity for small spaces!

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas.  Its the perfect size for her.  It was easy to assemble, all hardware included, no damage from shipping and the lights are bright!

The instructions are not that great but once assembled, it looks AWESOME. 
The package arrived in tact.  There were no broken pieces/parts (thank you delivery and handling guys). 
Now let me address the "BUT" part of my title . . .   If your child is taller than 4 and-a-half feet, PLEASE consider getting a larger vanity table as your child will probably outgrow this VT within a year or two.  My daughter is just over 5 feet and she will probably outgrow this VT very soon.  I did read the dimensions prior to ordering it but decided to take a chance anyway.  My daughter loves it, but again, will probably outgrow it by next year.   Why didn't I just return it?  Because after 2 hours of putting it together, I didn't feel like taking it apart and shipping it back.  I'll probably pass it down to a younger sibling next year and get my daughter a larger one.    The material is very sturdy.  Inserting the LED bulbs in the slots around the mirror was a challenge as I had to figure out how to connect the wires (no instructions on how to do so).  Once put together, the LED bulbs are very bright and illuminate the entire bedroom.   In all, I am pleased.

Awesome looking,  well built vanity table BUT ....

My daughter loves this vanity, however the stool legs broke after sitting on it and her size didn't play a role. I immediately reached out to the company and they provided an agreeable solution to my issue. 

A little hard to put legs in the desk part, took me about 45 minutes to put the whole thing together. Make sure your black wires connect to the black wires and red connects to the red otherwise only the correctly connected lights will work (that was a me issue, they told me that in the instructions but I didn't understand what it meant at first) 

ITS BRIGHT.

Daughter loves it HOWEVER stool is unsteady

I bought this for my teenage daughter. This vanity is a lot smaller than I expected. It doesn't state it's for a child, but it is small enough to work for one. S

Not as expected

We opened the box and noticed marks on the desk part. Continued putting it together thinking we could just wipe off later once together and IT DID NOT COME OFF

Cute but came scratched up!!

It is just as pictured but quality control is definitely lacking. Bought this as a Xmas gift put it together the day before Xmas Eve. First I would say I'm very well adept in putting together furniture. I like to do it. There was a linear crack running along the back of the vanity top. The corner support on the cracked side of the vanity top was also loose. It's on the back part of the vanity. The holes where you would insert the lights were almost an inch too small I had to grind out bigger holes for each light. The L shaped screw driver was too small for the screws provided. I was able to assemble it. It is defective. Would not by from that specific vendor again.
