I never realized how much I would love this. I have been seeing people on Pinterest, Facebook etc all gloating about their Blackstone and I got the opportunity to receive one I hopped on it and I have to say I am just as thrilled with mine. My favorite think to cook on it is bacon. I am not a big fan of bacon in the oven and to do it in a pan, for a whole big family, takes and eternity. You can cook soooo much bacon all at once on this, then scramble eggs and pancakes all at once. And clean up afterwards is so easy. Great for big holiday breakfasts
It does get super hot and I had a dumb moment and used my regular kitchen spatula (I don't know what it was made of) but it melted. I definitely have a grill set with the big spatulas on my Christmas list this year for it. 
Assembly was pretty easy and didn't require any special tools, obviously, you do need to buy a propane tank before you can get started.

Love love love it

Made steaks on it first time, amazing. The assembly up to 98% finished was fine, a couple of the screws you take out then reassemble would not come out, Blackstone service was great in sending a new handlebar and the other screw to the shelf I just blew off, I'm not sending the whole grill back for the shelf.

Better than the grill

This is my second Blackstone. I was excited to get a size smaller with a hood and I love it! It is easy to clean and store. It is very important to take time to season it correctly before using it. It’s a simple process and will make all the difference. It is also important to cook on a low temperature setting. These get really hot really fast. I love the wide variety of food that can be cooked on the Blackstone. It has quickly become my favorite way to cook all meals! No more grease splattering on the stove or smoke alarms while cooking sausage and bacon! Now I cook them outdoors. I would highly recommend this griddle to anyone looking for an outdoor grill. I look forward to cooking on it year-round!

Perfect size!

Quality, works great. Perfect for your first skillet. Just enough for a 2 person home, can be efficient for a family of four too. Quality of the product is great for the price.

Great price

I was impressed with the quality of the grill. Well built and heavier than I expected it to be. The assembly was not very hard may have taken 45 mins. Directions were fine. I seasoned with the Blackstone seasoning about 7 times directions say minimum of 3 times. Have used the grill now a dozen times or so. Heats up quick and the center portion holds the heat. Great for cooking most meals up. Saves me time and dirty pans I don't have to clean. I would recommend it to a friend for sure.

Good product

Thats exactly what I was looking for.
A small/mid size griddle, 2-burner, with lid. The PRO series is fantastic.
It's perfect for small families and daily cooking.
Consider get a bigger one (28 or 36”) if you want to cook for 6 people or more.

Perfect size for daily cooking and small families

I was super excited for this Blackstone Pro Series 2 burner propane griddle; it is an upgrade to a Blackstone I have had a few years now. The Blackstone grill is excellent and you can literally grill anything from burgers, to eggs, to pancakes, hot dogs, fruit, veggies, etc. My favorite thing to make on my Blackstone is cheesesteaks! This grill will last you a very long time as long as it is cared for properly. A couple things I recommend is to keep it clean and "seasoned" like you would a cast iron skillet, get a grill cover to protect it from the elements especially if left outdoors and get a griddle kit that includes everything you need to grill and clean. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the assembly was pretty bad. I had put together my previous Blackstone, by myself, quickly and with zero issues. This model I had a ton of issues with the screws not fitting right or screwing in completely. I did get everything together but not as "tightly" as I would like but it works. I would recommend for assembly that you have two people and one with strong hands who can use strength and force getting the screws in.

Love my Blackstone

I love the black stone products. I have not put this one together yet, but look how it arrived to my house. The box has been opened and there is no telling what is missing from this box. As soon as I try to assemble it and use it, I will know if I will be returning it or not

Terrible delivery

The lid would not close properly and looked like it might have been used on someone tried to fix it.

Not happy looks used and damaged

Gas line was defective during second use. Was shooting flames toward the front panel. Melted off knob. Customer service has been extremely slow and not very helpful.
