Still haven't been able to set it up for my granddaughter it's hard to understand how to set it up and confusing. It's pretty frustrating when you think your buying something as a gift but can figure it out have had quite a few people try and can't.  Even my tech crew. Disappointed!!!

After only 3 months of use, the start button of this smartwatch fell off. 
The watch won't turn on and won't work any more.

pretty upset. this watch is not compatible with any no contract sim card. i am noy trying to pay a bunch of money to activate a watch for my kid. I started a refund and opted to return to store. it took me a few days to get it to the store and the day after the store sent it out i get a message from the seller saying they will not give me a refund and its a waste of my time. they will only give me a 10% refund. they told me to keep the watch but i first had to cancel the refund and return. So now i dont even have the watch or my money.

First of all very bad quality cheap looking! secondly, It is very difficult to set up. Unable to do video calls and chats. I really regret having purchased this watch!

the SIM card that comes with the watch,you will have to call the 1800 number that the SIM card xame in,and activate the SIM card and purchase a plan for the SIM card,and transfers you cell number to their cell company.

it's not waterproof. sometimes the camera doesnt work. text doesnt work just voice chat. the app claims to have secret guardian audio monitoring and that is false (i downloaded all versions of the app to be sure) and just very weird to set up. battery lasted almost 3 days, not 5-7. it lasted a week and my son took a bath with it and now its completely unusable.
